As we continue moving forward with improvements to our Community, we are making it more convenient to pay your rent. We are moving all new applications, new Lease signups, Lease renewals, rent payments, Flex-Pay payments, deposits, and/or fees to be paid online through Turbo Tenant. Each Tenant (new and current) on each Lease will be sent a link to their email and will need to sign-up on Turbo Tenant and create their personal, private and secure account. Your new Turbo Tenant account will be the primary contact for rent, Lease renewal, and Flex-Pay payments. Turbo Tenant offers two payment options: 1. Credit Card (with a small processing fee from Turbo Tenant not Crawford County Estates) and 2. ACH – FREE (recommended). When signing up for your Turbo Tenant account, you will be given the options. You can even set up Rent Auto-Payments if you choose. Convenience is key. You also continue to have the option to call our number, 478-250-9596, for assistance and maintenance issues. Turbo Tenant is very user-friendly and easy to set up, offering another convenient option for our Tenants.

As another convenient payment option, Crawford County Estates is also now set up to take rent payments through Zelle. The Zelle app is FREE and it’s also FREE to send your payments safely and securely. Zelle is already offered as a FREE service by many banks and credit unions and may already be on your banking app ready to use. Because of this, many of you are already familiar with Zelle, but those of you that are not; it’s an easy process to set up. Download the app from the app store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android users. Follow the setup instructions and add Crawford County Estates as a recipient. You will need our email for our account, please use: CrawfordCountyEstates@gmail.com. Once set up, you can send your rent payments and/or Flex-Pay payments right from your smartphone or computer.  Make sure to put your Name and Lot Number in the memo section to make sure your Lot is credited for payment. After you send the first payment, please email us to verify the first payment was received. After that confirmation, no need to verify again. This added convenience will save time and money by not driving somewhere to get a money order or writing a check.  We will test these options for April and May to give everyone ample time to set up their Turbo Tenant account and the Zelle app. Starting June 1st, 2023 we will have all rents and Flex-Pay payments etc. only paid through Turbo Tenant and Zelle. We will no longer accept checks and money orders after this time. If your bank doesn’t offer Zelle, or you would rather not set up Zelle, then Turbo Tenant is your option for FREE payments. A Turbo Tenant account will be required for everyone moving forward, even if paying through Zelle, for communication purposes and Lease renewals etc. (Zelle is just an additional payment option).

We will also begin Lease renewals with e-signatures through Turbo Tenant. We will send notices, news, and information about our community (such as when temperatures go below freezing, we will notify you via email or text to please let your faucet drip to avoid freezing the water lines etc.). We will also begin using Turbo Tenant to sign up for Flex-Pay.  Payments can be made by either Turbo Tenant or Zelle. If your contact information needs updated, please email us each Tenant's updated contact information to crawfordcountyestates@gmail.com and include each Tenant's name, cell number, email address and lot number. Please make sure to include each person’s contact info that is listed on the Lease. This way each person will receive the new Lease in their email for their e-signature section at Lease renewal.

Email us if you need the Flex-Pay e-signature form to fill out and e-sign. All Flex-Pay payments will be made through Turbo Tenant or Zelle beginning June 1st. We are in the beginning stages of setting this up and should be fully transitioned to Turbo Tenant by June 1st. From that point on, all paperwork (Flex-Pay, Lease renewals, etc.) will be completed online. For those of you that may not be familiar with Turbo Tenant, Zelle, or E-Sign, we are here to help. We will schedule a time to meet with you if you need assistance setting it up. Just let us know. This new process will make it easier and more convenient or everyone as we move forward. 

As of June 1st, 2023, we will no longer be accepting paper Flex-Pay forms when signing up for Flex-Pay.  To sign up for Flex-Pay, you must send us a message through Turbo Tenant requesting a Flex-Pay signup form for that month.  A Flex-Pay form will be sent to you for e-signature through Turbo Tenant.  Please wait until AFTER you have received the Flex-Pay Form to e-sign before you make any Flex-Pay payments so due dates and amounts can be adjusted accordingly (if the due date is not adjusted prior to the first payment, Turbo Tenant will send continuous automated emails).  ALL Rent payments and Flex-Pay payments are now made online through either Turbo Tenant or Zelle.  To make payments through Turbo Tenant, the ACH option is FREE!  To pay through Zelle, you will need to add Crawford County Estates as a Recipient with our email address: crawfordcountyestates@gmail.com.  Not all banks or credit unions offer Zelle, if your bank does not, you may still be able to download the Zelle App.  If that does not work, then the Turbo Tenant is your option.  All Flex-Pay rules still apply.  You will be sent the updated Flex-Pay form with information on how Flex-Pay works and also examples of how to use Flex-Pay.  Visit our FAQs for more information, or send us a message, or give us a call at 478-250-9596 ext. 1.
