Flex-Pay
Our Flex-Pay Process
To sign up for Flex-Pay, send us a message through Turbo Tenant requesting a Flex-Pay signup form for that month. A Flex-Pay form will be sent to you for e-signature through Turbo Tenant. Please wait until AFTER you have received the Flex-Pay Form to e-sign before you make any Flex-Pay payments so due dates and amounts can be adjusted accordingly (if the due date is not adjusted prior to the first payment, Turbo Tenant will send continuous automated emails). ALL Rent payments and Flex-Pay payments are now made online through either Turbo Tenant or Zelle. To make payments through Turbo Tenant, the ACH option is FREE! To pay through Zelle, you will need to add Crawford County Estates as a Recipient with our email address: crawfordcountyestates@gmail.com. Not all banks or credit unions offer Zelle, if your bank does not, you may still be able to download the Zelle App. If that does not work, then the Turbo Tenant is your option. All Flex-Pay rules still apply. You will be sent the updated Flex-Pay form with information on how Flex-Pay works and also examples of how to use Flex-Pay. Lot Landscaping Program
Each Tenant is responsible for their own lawn care. We understand how busy schedules and quick growing grass can play a factor in keeping up with your lawn care. We offer a couple of easy solutions. If you would like to sign up for our Lot Landscaping Program, please give us a call. By signing up for our Lot Landscaping Program, you will have peace of mind your lawn care needs will be taken care of for you. Our Landscaper will cut and trim your yard when it needs it. This way, your Lot always looks great! If you would like to signup for a one-time cut and weed eating, we can do that too! Just give us a call with your name and lot number and we will send our Landscaper to take care of your Lot.
Washer / Dryer Rentals
Crawford County Estates now offers convenient Washer/Dryer rental programs exclusively for our Tenants. (Prices include both washer and dryer and are rented as a set)
• Washer and Dryer rental is offered for $35/month for New Lease Signup or Lease Renewal,
• Washer and Dryer rental is also offered on a month-to-month basis for $40/month.

FLEX-PAY Program

Crawford County Estates understands that everyone encounters difficult times. To assist our Residents, we have developed our latest payment system: FLEX-PAY!
Tenant must set up Flex-Pay on or before the 3rd of the month to avoid added Late Fees. Once Flex-Pay has been set up, Late Fees will stop accruing (if set up by the 3rd). The tenant has the option of setting up to three (3) payment dates for the remaining Rent balance. The Flex-Pay Program MUST be Paid-in-Full by the Flex-Pay Due Date of the same month.
