Each resident is responsible for maintaining their own lawn. We understand that busy schedules and fast-growing grass can make lawn care challenging — that’s why we offer simple solutions.

Enroll in our landscaping program for worry-free lawn care.
Our landscaper will mow and trim your yard as needed to keep your lot looking great.
🌱 One-Time Service Available
Need a one-time mow and weed eating service?
Call us with your name and lot number, and we’ll schedule service for your lot.

FLEX-PAY Program
💳 FLEX-PAY Program
We understand that unexpected situations happen. To assist our residents, we offer FLEX-PAY — a structured payment option for the current month’s rent.
Flex-Pay Guidelines:
Flex-Pay must be set up on or before the 3rd of the month to avoid additional late fees.
Once approved (by the 3rd), late fees will stop accruing.
Residents may select up to three (3) payment dates.
The total balance must be paid in full within the same month.
Flex-Pay due dates are available under the Resident Info section.

Our Flex-Pay Process
To enroll in Flex-Pay, send us a message through Rent Manager requesting a Flex-Pay form for the current month.
A Flex-Pay agreement will be sent to you through Rent Manager for e-signature.
⚠️ Important:
Please wait until you have received and signed the Flex-Pay agreement before making any Flex-Pay payments.
Due dates and payment amounts must be adjusted first to prevent automated reminder notices.
Payment Information
All rent and Flex-Pay payments must be made online through Rent Manager.
✅ ACH (bank transfer) payments are FREE.
After enrollment, you will receive an updated Flex-Pay agreement explaining how the program works, including examples.
