We use Turbo Tenant for our Application Process, Lease Signing, and Rental Payments! For a Rental Application link, please fill out the form below with EACH applicant(s) Name, Cell Number, email address, and Lot # of the Home applying for. If more than one Applicant is applying, please add the additional Applicant's information in the Message Field (Please include: First and Last Name, Cell Number, and email address). Everyone 18+ MUST submit an Application. Once ALL Applicant(s) names, emails, and numbers are received, we will then send a Turbo Tenant "Invitation to Apply" link to your email and/or text. Our Application process includes Rental History, Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Evictions, and Employment/Salary Verifications (Preferred Applicants should make about three (3) times the Rent). For Salary Verification, we require the last three (3) months of pay statements as stated in the application. For Self-Employed, three (3) months of Bank Statements are required.
