Turbo Tenant Application

We use Turbo Tenant for our Application Process, Lease Signing, and Rental Payments! For a Rental Application link, please fill out the form below with EACH applicant(s) Name, Cell Number, email address, and Lot # of the Home applying for. If more than one Applicant is applying, please add the additional Applicant's information in the Message Field (Please include: First and Last Name, Cell Number, and email address). Everyone 18+ MUST submit an Application. Once ALL Applicant(s) names, emails, and numbers are received, we will then send a Turbo Tenant "Invitation to Apply" link to your email and/or text. Our Application process includes Rental History, Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Evictions, and Employment/Salary Verifications (Preferred Applicants should make about three (3) times the Rent). For Salary Verification, we require the last three (3) months of pay statements as stated in the application. For Self-Employed, three (3) months of Bank Statements are required.

Turbo Tenant - Required Application Items

Now Turbo Tenant charges an Application fee of $45 (instead of $55)! This fee is Turbo Tenant's fee for the Application verifications. This covers the screening report which includes credit, background, and eviction checks. This is NOT a fee from Crawford County Estates and we make no money from this fee.

High-Speed Internet, Electric Utility, and U.M.F

Our Community is completely wired with Fiber Optics and ConexonConnect.com is our High-Speed Internet Provider. Call 844-542-6663 to set up your internet and make sure to select Southern Rivers Energy as your Electric Cooperative.

Southern Rivers Energy is our Electric Co-op provider. To turn the electricity on, you will need a signed copy of your Lease. To contact Southern Rivers Energy, call 866-244-4890.

Each Tenant Pays a $25/month Utility Maintenance Fee (UMF) for Water and Trash Pickup in front of each Home. This fee in in addition to Rent and is added to your total monthly due (Rent + UMF = Total Monthly Due).
